Return/Cancellation/Refund Policy

All products are guaranteed to be quality manufactured and tolerance tested, and warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. In the event a defective product is received it may be returned, if in new condition, for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. This warranty does not cover abuse or normal wear of the tools. If the tools are broken due to misuse please do not attempt to return them, a refund/exchange/credit will not be issued in these cases. If a defective product is received, email us at prolockpick.com with this information. Do not return defective products without authorization, once communicated we will ship a new item upon receipt of the defective one.

How to return defective merchandise:

    • Email prolockpic.com with defective item details
    • A RA# (return authorization number) will be issued upon incident verification
    • Package the item with a note including the RA#, order #, and brief description of the incident
    • Return the item to Skeleton Key Systems, Inc. at the address on the packing slip

Order cancellations are possible but not guaranteed. If you request a cancellation and the order has already shipped, please contact us with this information, refused the shipment, and we will credit your card when the items are returned to us. Orders cancelled after shipping has occurred will be charged a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
